The Coffee Club Unveil New Eggs Benedict Range

The brand launched six variations of the breakfast dish this month in all The Coffee Club stores nationally.

Introducing a new range to its all-day breakfast menu, The Coffee Club will draw on key ingredient trends for the range including pulled pork, savoury mince, and smoked salmon.

The Coffee Club’s Marketing Manager, Matt Emmerson, said that they have put a fresh spin on a classic dish through the new promotion, which runs for four weeks and embraces Australians’ love affair with all-day brunch.

“We know that Australians are seeking all-day-breakfast options now more so than ever before, so we want to make sure that The Coffee Club is meeting this demand with an extensive breakfast menu deliberately designed to appeal to a broad range of customers and different day parts,” Emmerson said.

“During the cooler months it’s not uncommon to enjoy a longer sleep-in and to catch up with friends and family over a meal later in the day.While we already have a robust all-day breakfast offering, we’ve further strengthened this with six variants of the favoured eggs benedict available for breakfast, lunch or dinner.”

The Coffee Club’s eggs benedict range includes:

The new eggs benedict range is available on The Coffee Club’s all day breakfast menu nationally until September 4th, with the promotion to conclude following Father’s Day.
