The first Michel's Patisserie and Café store arrived for Bakewell locals,the first of Michel’s new ‘Café’ modelstores to arrive in the Northern Territory.

Michel’s Patisserie & Café Bakewell Franchisee Charlotte Xiang said the new store has anexpanded menu which includes café style breakfast and lunch options, as well as Michel’spopular range of trendy and delicious whole cakes.

“Whether you’re after a big breakfast, a sausage roll on the go or a cake for your upcomingbirthday party, we’ve got something for everyone,” said Xiang.

“Our breakfast options include popular items like smashed avocado, bacon and eggs and breakfast wraps; our lunch options include an array of salads, melts, burgers and larger meals like chicken schnitzels and fish and chips.”

As the first Michel’s Patisserie & Café store in the Northern Territory, the team aims tobring a touch of European culture to their area.

“The new store features beautiful European styled décor as well as a range of French inspiredtastes and flavours that our customers will love,” said Xiang.

“Bakewell is such a tightknit community, it’s very humbling to have been so warmlywelcomed by all the locals.We’re a first for the territory, but I’m sure we won’t be alone for long.”

Michel’s Patisserie and Café Bakewell is located at Shop 9, 1 Mannikan Court, Bakewell.
