Krispy Kreme is giving away 100,000 free Original Glazed doughnuts to Australians on National Doughnut Day this 4 June, the company announced.

The offer will be available across all Krispy Kreme stores in NSW, WA and QLD, excluding 7-Eleven, BP, Woolworths and Jesters.

Given the current lockdown restrictions in Melbourne, Krispy Kreme said there will be a delay in celebrating National Doughnut Day in VIC, to ensure the chain “is adhering to local government advice.”

“National Doughnut Day is our absolute favourite day of the year - we love sharing the joy of our famous Original Glazed doughnuts and relish the chance to put a smile on our customers’ faces,” Krispy Kreme Australia retail director Nicola Steele said in a media release.

Participating stores are as follows:

● NSW: Auburn, Central Lee (Sydney CBD), Chatswood, Liverpool, Mascot, Parramatta (Level 1), Parramatta (Level 5), Penrith, Mt Druitt, Sydney Domestic T3, Sydney Domestic T2

● QLD: Redbank Plains, Shell Nudgee, Pacific Fair, Albert St (Brisbane CBD), Acacia Ridge, Surfers Paradise, Brisbane Jetstar (Domestic Terminal)

● WA: Myaree, Whitford City, Cannington and Hay St.
