The commemorative wedding "English Garden" ice cream cake is inspired by the colorful gardens of the Cotswolds in Central England.

According to Baskin-Robbins, the ice cream cake may be customized with any flavour ice cream. It is available at participating Baskin-Robbins locations in single and two-tiered options.

General Manager of Baskin-Robbins Australia, Ian Martin, said: “Our ice cream cakes are hugely popular but we have never attempted such a traditional cake design as this. Whether it’s a grand celebration like the Royal Wedding, or the perfect dessert to cap a romantic dinner, Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes are the perfect treat to share with family and friends to make any moment a little sweeter.”For another “royal” dessert fit for a king or queen, Baskin-Robbins will also offer a new romantic Flavour of the Month this April, Chocolate Dipped Strawberry, a decadent pairing of vanilla and strawberry ice creams wrapped with a chocolate ganache ribbon and loaded with strawberry filled chocolates shaped like strawberries.“Chocolate Dipped Strawberry” ice cream and the “English Garden” ice cream wedding cakes are available at Baskin-Robbins shops throughout Australia beginning April 20.
